At Old World we understand that our greatest assets are our employees. We want people to enjoy their work, pursue their dreams, and think big. Part of the fun of working at a smaller firm is the increased freedom to do whatever we, as a company, decide to do. That may mean a picnic, a baseball game outing, a hot dog day, or whatever else we can think of. So keep thinking and let us know what you come up with. It is our goal to create an environment where we challenge each other to grow personally and professionally.

Overview
Old World Industries offers a comprehensive
medical, dental and vision insurance program.
New employees are eligible to participate in the
program the first day of the month
following their hire date. Our medical program
is based on a preferred provider network (PPO) using the Blue Cross Blue Shield network.
Our dental insurance program is not
network based and allows employees and their
families to visit the dentist of their choice.
To provide employees more financial control for their medical spending, Old World has adopted a Consumer Driven Healthcare Plan (CDHP). Although this type of plan includes higher deductibles than traditional insurance programs, it also includes a Healthcare Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) and offers Flexible Spending Accounts. The goal is to manage healthcare costs by putting decision-making control in the hands of the consumer - each employee. Ultimately it is the employee in conjunction with their healthcare provider who should decide the best course of treatment.
The following is a brief description of our benefits package.
This information is intended to provide a basic
understanding of our benefit programs and in no
way intends to convey complete information.
Specific questions may be directed to the Human
